Bought a vehicle here off Greg Taylor and man what a wonderful experience! Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and the customer service is extraordinary. They make sure you know how much you are appreciated. Sarah was also amazing with going over all safety features of the vehicle, helping with customizations in the vehicle, pairing of phone and she even gave me tour introducing me to the different departments! Bought a vehicle a week ago from Greg Taylor and it was a great experience! He was so helpful and he made sure that everything went smoothly. He is well-organized and patient. The principal of the dealership is a very modest person, and that's probably why the dealership exudes a welcoming atmosphere, with everyone greeting you with a warm smile. Our experience with parts/service was very good. The service was for a main window switch. It was completed on time, the team called as soon as it was ready and they followed up. Also a shout out to J. in sales and the sales desk who all did a great job when we purchased the car.

What can I say Tony Tony Tony. If you are in the area or in a driveable distance Tony is the man you want to deal with. He is genuine,honest and compassionate. We were looking for a car and he was so patient and willing to work with our every want. Unfortunately we ended up purchasing elsewhere only because of the car choice that was unavailable at his location. 5 star to Martin for his professionism through the experience of purchasing a used vehicle. This was my husband's first ever experience making a big vehicle purchase and Martin was great with answering questions and helping navigate the sale. The overall reception from those we came into contact with was friendly and inviting. Our only criticism of the sale was our experience with Ken in finance but that didnt hinder us from finalizing the purchase, we definitely recommend sales through Niagara Motors.
