This is the most shittiest legal services I have ever seen.
First of all the lawyers are so unprofessional, they never follow up with the clients, they never return any calls of the clients and just take the cases and sit in their office and do nothing.
I recommend nobody to go there otherwise you will make yourself fool.
They took 1.5 years of my case and gave me $2000 at the end saying that I had some doctor fees outstanding which I was not told before. I had to follow up with the lawyer time and again.
She never used to return my calls. She settled so much less with the insurance company that too it was not my fault in the accident. She makes appointments with me and then changes her office location and never informed me about that.
The doctors and the lawyers are all linked with each other and steal money from the people's settlement amount plus the fees that they charge of doing nothing for 1 year.

We acknowledge your recent review. We welcome constructive criticism. However, your comments are riddled with inaccuracies and blatant accusations. Since, we are bound by our duty of confidentiality I am unable to reveal much about your file. Regardless, please see my reply as follows.

I have always returned your calls. You had access to my personal cell phone number and my personal email. I had always returned your e-mails, text messages and phone calls. And if I didn't answer immediately I had responded with a text message which you acknowledged.

And those times you could not reach me, you had reached out to my assistant and she had always assisted you.

For your settlement negotiations I had set up a teleconference where you were present to have the opportunity to listen to the insurer's position and have an opportunity to speak to them as well. You were advised by me that the presented offer was not reasonable and you did not have to accept the it. However, you had indicated you didn't want to wait any longer. You were not forced to take the offer that was presented to you. Furthermore, you were repeatedly advised prior to your acceptance of the offer that there was an outstanding amount from your treating facility for treatments that were incurred. The documents confirming such were also provided to you at that time. You had confirmed to me that you had indeed incurred the treatments. Therefore, we advised to you that it was payable from the proceeds of your settlement as the offer was an all inclusive offer. You agreed to such prior the acceptance of the settlement. Should you have been unhappy with any of such, we would still be advocating on your behalf with the insurer. However, you made the decision to settle considering everything that was presented to you. It was your decision only.

Unfortunately the SABS and the insurance act has been amended tremendously and the insurance company do not offer cash rewards (settlements) just because you open up an Accident Benefit Claim. You have to prove that you have ongoing injuries by ways of medical evidence which was discussed on numerous occasions to you. Accident Benefits cannot be settled on a full and final basis until the one year anniversary and if the insurance company is in agreement.

Furthermore, there are many files that never do settle with insurers taking a firm position of continuing to medically manage the file. So in your case, you had received a settlement that you agreed to despite my recommendation of applying for the LAT (dispute resolution). Further, there was hardly any documentation of your injuries, struggles related to the accident with your family doctor.

I understand that you are new to this country and may not understand the procedures and regulations in Canada. However, I have 9 years of experience in this field and am competent in my area of practice. I have always put my clients' interests first and assisted them to the best of my ability. That was the same scenario for you and your partner. I had even answered your phone calls on the weekends and after hours and had rushed your settlement funds as I was advised that you had to leave the country on an urgent basis.

It is very sad and shocking to read of your inaccurate comments. How you feel about our service is your opinion but refrain from any inaccurate accusations of my firm's or my association with any other entity. That is a case of serious libel. It is also surprising to understand your comments considering that your partner was in my office yesterday and had expressed that he was thankful for my assistance. He had even stated that he did not expect to receive any settlement considering the lack of documentation with your family doctors.

I have also noticed that there seems to be a trend of similar scathing reviews from you on google.

Highly do not recommend this services
Failed to do my most important claim " Tort "
lost out on that this place is useless do not and I repeat do not go to this firm at all ever. Barely responds has moved offices 4 times in 4 years absolute joke so happy I left and signed with a different firm NEGITIVE 5 STARS inwas only a number not treated as a human being.
