Cindy Scharff was my lawyer for quite some time ( a couple of years) and one thing that is burned in my memory is that Family Law is not family friendly, the process was incredibly slow, frustrating and very expensive. Having said that though, Cindy was a constant guide and support through some very difficult times. Even when we were strangled by incompetence from those we had to deal with – Cindy kept me focused and moving forward. There were times when Cindy and I worked through challenges late at night and on weekends, taking valuable family time away from her so that we could ensure my family was taken care off. I cannot express how grateful I am that this chapter in my life is over – but I am very grateful that I had Cindy to help me through it. Cindy knows the Law ( we were faced with challenge after challenge) and although there were times when I was close to giving up and I questioned the integrity of others, Cindy helped me understand when it was necessary for me and my family to keep going and push forward - my faith in Cindy’s integrity never faltered.
