Terrible experience, if I can leave a negative star then I would. Was not able to get an itemized invoice of service provided. From beginning to end, never got in touch with the lawyer, all communication was done through her admin/helper. Each interaction initiated was rushed with bad attitude. Would refuse to answer concerns. Initially a standard price was charged, then additional pricing would be added throughout the transaction. Really regret going with this lawyer and wish I checked the reviews

I am an unhappy customer. This Lawyer is the worst Lawyer I’ve hired by far. Unprofessional and not responsive. I used her service to close a property deal, but I did not even get a chance to talk with her on the phone or meet her in person. All the communication and works were done by her office staff. The office staff did not even know how to write a email to the builder’s lawyer. They asked me to write the email and forward my email to the builder’s lawyer and charged me extra $200. I paid for service fee at lawyer price but didn’t It received a professional service that can match the price I paid for. The office staffs had lacked the ability to solve any problem nor did they have the patience to listen to my problems regarding the deal. They are completely incompetent to the point where I had to write the letter myself. I absolutely do not recommend this lawyer. Do not waste your money

I wish I could give her law firm a negative. You would never get service or advice from the lawyer. Only her assistant. They use cheating or fraud ways to get more money from you but didn't deliver the service they said they would. It is very difficult for you to fight with a lawyer and get your money back. So don't use her as your lawyer!

The worst lawyer I have ever worked with. I did a pre-construction condo deal with Diana and never got the opportunity to speak to Diana once (with the exception of her in the hallway on her way to the washroom). The whole process is done through her clerks from inquiries to signing. They are very reluctant to send emails to the builder's lawyers for questions unless you press them to or sometimes will ask you to pay extra just for an ordinary inquiry. Per their policy, they will not send you the final schedule of adjustments from the builder's lawyers until your signing appointment. Avoid at all costs as there are much better and attentive lawyers.

Bought a house in 2019, terrible service, incompetent staff. Its 2021 and I am still having problems with apparent missed payments. Over charged for services that weren't even provided. Had to do it myself. The staff working on my case was so incompetent that she was let go after. Diana Young charged an extra $620, to "investigate" and nothing happened. Didn't even hear back from her.

强烈不！推！荐！去这家的一定要三思啊！开始报价可能低 但是里面什么都要钱！助手一个比一个垃圾 ，发邮件打电话永远不知道回，钱多少是小事，关键是耽！误！事！这种靠骗人为生的店，很奇怪为什么能活下去？！
