Today I had the priviledge of recommending Adamson and Associates. John handled my affairs over 10 years ago. I was treated with respect and dignity which is the only way anyone should be treated, but sadly does not happen that way. We are all just trying to get along the best way we can. BRAVO! I went to John in 2019 and found myself in a situation where I had limited options. We discussed options and found that bankruptcy was my best course of action. Then covid hit and what was supposed to take 21 months took more than 3 years to complete. (That isn’t the problem)

During this time my situation changed dramatically, Johns course of action did not. I ended up having to take out a second mortgage at a ridiculous rate. I ended up covering 100 % of my creditors. (Still not the main problem)

One of my creditors was the Government. We submitted the claim but the government did nothing. Now after all is done I am discharged and the government still want’s money. The government has taken my personal income tax returns hostage and says I owe regardless of declaring bankruptcy.

Now for the real problem no one at adamson will help me to resolve this problem. They had the opportunity before my discharge to get this included and chose to do nothing. They say they are going to call and deal with cra they don’t.

John charged me with tax close to 10,000 and definitely didn’t stop the creditor calls.

Now I have a brutal situation to deal with

Thanks John for your comment regarding this situation however you forgot to mention that you advised me on what to do with the corporation right away. you stated that the company needed nothing and added the debt to my creditor list. As of now the amount owing on my CRA is 147,000+-

I bought this matter to your attention countless times. Every time you provided me verbal reassurance, stated many times that you would reach out to the government to let them know they were not allowed to what they in fact are doing.

You stated that you gave me direction the only problem is what you state in your note does not match anything I have from my records of this situation.

You did not take the appropriate course of action and in fact advised me not to bankrupt the company do to the cost.

This has been the worst experience of my life. And after 3 years to still have my personal accounts frozen huge debts with the government you did not provide me a service.

I came to you for a solution and some understanding. Thanks for nothing. All I want is the government off my back. You could have done that with a phone call, but you choose not to.

Recommended John and associates to a friend who was struggling and too embarrassed to confide in anyone. After sitting down to discuss their money issues John released a 10 yr burden they had been carrying around. To see the look on their face after the meeting was priceless. Not everyone has the ability to make people feel this way but John and his staff have proven themselves to be the best in their business .
