Matthew MacLean and his legal assistant Philippa were at their best and showed their expertise with ease as I presented to them 2 properties that I needed to sell and 1 property that I needed to buy. What should have been completed in 4 months but stretched out to 6 due to the sellers' delinquent tenant that didn't leave the property and became a squatter. Matthew and Phillipa designed the proper legal document that made sure that I was protected from that situation while the seller and squatter completed the process with the Landlord and Tenant Tribunals Ontario.
