Trusted accounting services indeed true to its name and dealing with customers, makes you feel to take pain out of tax filing, great staff atmosphere. I highly recommend this place

They made me feel terrible for asking that they look into a concern I had with my tax filing. They claimed to look into it, but I should've known better because they were EXTREMELY dismissive. Any decent accountant would've figured out that I was right. They either lied or didn't care. Their negligence caused more than $10,000 to be added to my total income. I ended up paying when I should've gotten money back. Also, I don't qualify for low-income services until this is fixed.
I can't use "change my return" on the cra website and would need them to ReFILE. But they removed their phone number and took town their website. Now I'm left to fend for myself. It's a much longer and harder process for the "individual" to make the change I need. And like I said, I don't qualify for low-income services until it's fixed.

Don't trust them with your taxes. Especially if you're low income. They're either incompetent or don't care.
