When I requested extra copies of a document, I thought it would just be a photocopy. They did not tell me up front that each copy cost money. So the lady returns with all these copies and drops a bill on us suddenly. TELL THEM THERE IS A COST BEFORE YOU MAKE THE COPIES!

Also, the woman who has been answering the calls and handled those copies (same woman) has been very unhelpful, and downright rude at times. She avoids providing direct answers and kept spinning my simple questions into complex hypotheticals with big dollar signs attached. All I wanted to know IF that was a service they can help me with, and instead of 'yes' or 'no' she just kept talking about other aspects of things I was NOT asking questions about, and it was impossible to get a straight answer.

Really unhelpful, unfriendly, and it all made me feel like I was being conned. The woman who was answering my calls, she is terrible. She is the reason I will not be using their services.
