I was very happy and blessed to have the chance to work with Mr. Jerzy Cootauco (Cootauco Law Office) regarding a real estate transaction due to a family matter of transferring my share of the family home/farm to my spouse per our separation agreement. He was such a delight and yet very professional I felt that I matter and was treated with warmth and understanding as well as sensitivity to my situation and all that I had gone through over the last 19 months of a long dragged out battle that will be coming to a close soon through the grace of God.
