I wish it were possible to give a zero rating to this place. I just went to see Ms Flarity for legal advice at this clinic today. I have a situation with my landlord, and every time I tried to answer her questions, she interrupted me mid sentence. I explained to her a couple of times that it was throwing me off and frustrating me when she did that. She then did it a third time, so I said to her "hey, I was still talking" and then she got mad at me. She literally said to me "That was a little rude. I'm trying to ask you questions, and I don't know when you're going to be done talking." If someone is in the middle of a sentence, it's a pretty clear indication that they're not done talking. I literally don't even know if I should take her legal advice seriously because she clearly wasn't listening.

I have used the services in the past and has been pretty good! The phone problem is just that, a problem anytime I have tried to call I get the automated, and by the time I am permitted to access the reception phone, it rings, then beeps then rings again and so on! I have been to the office and it's a very small place with maybe 10 or 15 people working there and yet they don't answer the phone! It's been like that for years! This is really frustrating for someone who really needs help and is probably really stressed out!
