Judith was incredibly helpful to us both while we were her clients, and afterwards. She is knowledgeable, and will always ensure you are staying within the scope of what is expected by the LTB. The LTB has incredibly strict stipulations around timing for delivery & receipt of documents in order for claims to be duly processed, and she will always ensure that you know when you have to have documents properly submitted by (as well as what documents need to be submitted). Dealing with the LTB can certainly be a difficult process and I don't believe we would have been able to navigate it without having her to lean on, even going to far as to help us understand paperwork years after she was no longer our paralegal. If you want someone awesome in your corner you really won't find anyone better.

Judith was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and provided sound advice relating to LTB claims that were unexpectedly dropped on me and my wife as the purchasers of a rental house (that we purchased to move into ourselves).

I find it very inappropriate that Google will allow people that worked against Judith (and perhaps lost their case) to post bad reviews about her business.

If I could give this women less than 1 star, I would. Admittedly, we didn't work with her but rather against her. If we'd lost our case fairly, I wouldn't feel the need to put this up here... but we didn't. Judith helped our previous landlord sell her home by lying to potential purchasers and advising them they would not take ownership of any LTB claims we had against our current landlord. She then tried to trick us in the same manner, but we weren't stupid enough to fall for it. Following several years of waiting for our case to go to trial, she lied to the courts when we did, and accused us of things we did not do. This woman will go to any extent to collect money. If that's what you're after, by all means... but she's a terrible person.

Judith has helped me through a Landlord Tenant Board issue. She's very professional, and knowledgeable. In my instance I had sold my house , which included the current tenants. The case against me was dismissed based on evidence..

Lawyers- i get it, the representation. But to tell a women that theyre lying about abuse, just to make money is quite disgusting.

People struggle to seek help, fight for their lives and children to get out of domestic abuse and violence everyday- yet there you are calling them liars so you can make a buck.

Shouting “ I object” while they tearfully beg their abuser to tell the truth. “Shes coaxing him” meanwhile shes received threats if she doesnt say things the right way he has coaxed her. It takes a sick individual to jusitify such even if for a client.

To lie on provincial documents? Or have your representative(s) do so, while your client admits elsewise. Maybe you should remember dates better Judith.

Misrepresents the law. While she acts confident, her representatives do not have it together and can actually lose an entire case just by trying to act smart. It is clear that the knowledge is just not there. Why pay so much to not only lose a case but potentially be fined or in turn, end up being sued yourself due to her faults in representation…?Would not recommend or trust

Terrible service. I had a T-5 given to me by a prior tenant. I was a new landlord and wanted to know how to defend myself. Not only did her secretary yell at me, telling me how bad a t-5 was, but Judith herself yelled at me for 45 minutes. Instead of saying to write out a timeline to me, she just said to negotiate and apologize to the tenant. 275 dollars is too much to pay to have someone tell at you for 45 minutes and not provide any real assistance. I ended our conversation in tears, because of all of the aggressiveness of Judith Callender. I went with another paralegal who actually helped me. I am only writing this after my successful mediation with the tenant, proving that the info that was given to me by Judith was worthless. Just don’t waste your money.
