Carol and I have been clients for close to 25 years. We know about their family, etc. (as they ours) so can say they they are extremely ethical and trustworthy with great confidence. Tim is the best accountant I met for my life. He is definitely professional but not like others to keep a distance with the client. He likes to share and talk.
