Doctor availability is extremely poor, wait times of up to a full business week if not more, They advise you go to emergency. There’s a email but it never works, they also tell you they don't have one. They will lose paperwork and their office organization is terrible, I was a patient since 2021 and just signed in 2024 new patient papers. Again?

My phone calls are never answered, voicemail requests are partially granted with no call back to notify patients. I called to move my appointment, they just cancelled it and never told me. I ended up showing up for my appointment with an appointment slip and they wouldn't honor it. Another time I called to move my appointment they just cancelled it and never told me, so I called to make sure I could make an appointment I had to call several times for an answer, I showed up to my appointment just to be told I missed it. I have shown up to appointments before and have been skipped over.

I have been going in for health issues and have been told almost every time to just lose weight at the time I was seeing a dietitian and a personal trainer who both suggested I get labs done. When I notified the doctor of the dietitian and a personal trainer, he told me the labs I were requesting were for older women. I continued to ask to see specialists Gynecologist and Endocrinologist and never got anywhere I was told it would be a 2+ year waiting list then was sent for blood work, they lost my blood work.

This process was continued until a student in training actually decided to listen to my concerns about my health thinking I may be diabetic. I told him my concerns and symptoms, he agreed it sounded like diabetes and sent me for tests (blood work). I found out that I am a type 2 diabetic, the student also listened to me about a previous condition that wasn't getting any better he wanted to send me to a Gynecologist to get me some answer, I was sent for tests (blood work, Internal and external ultrasounds) and referred to the gynecologist. After her being talked down upon by my family doctor I still decided to go to my appointment. I went and found out the surgery my doctor told me I needed to get was not necessary and that I have been misdiagnosed with my previous health condition (old doctor before 2021). The gynecologist ensured me I was on the right track with getting my health on track and she also said that I need to be sent to a endocrinologist. Family doctor still hasn't done a referral for endocrinologist.

Now that I have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Ive been trying new medications to get it under control. I'm now on medication #4 only to be told every visit our next option is insulin, then writes me a prescription for something else. I was also told by my doctor the side effects I'm having from these medications are all in my head and that maybe I am experiencing nocebo effect (When someone develops side effects just because they believe they may occur). So he will keep an eye on that.

All in all don't go here, extremely unprofessional, I'm looking for a new doctor ASAP.

Receptionists are rude and inconsiderate of patients concerns. Bad day or not speaking poorly to people when you’re in a position of authority is not OK! Everytime I have called or been in the front area I have left feeling like a piece of garbage!

This doctors office has been where I have gone since I was a Child until recently with Dr. Hendry’s departure I have never Had any issues and spoke very highly of this clinic.

In saying this, Dr. Einarsson has been amazing everytime I see him. And am very thankful for his kind demeanour.

This clinic operates like it’s still 1982. There’s a clinic email but it never works. My phone calls are never answered but always returned within minutes 🤔 There are constant communication issues with doctors and receptionists. I need surgery that currently has a 4 year wait. Found a way to get the surgery early at a cost of $15k but needed a physical. Booked a physical and the apt I received wasn’t enough time for one. Even though I emailed the form needed, and the clinic has a printer, I was rudely sent away with no discussion to return with a paper copy of the form at my own expense. All this and it’s impossible to get an appointment within 30 days. A broken clinic that’s part of a broken system.

Do not recommend unless you have time to waste. I went in for what was supposed to be a meet & greet with a new doctor - an hour & 15 minutes later with no acknowledgement from reception, I still had not been seen. Meanwhile every single person that came in after me during that same time span was seen. If you consider your time to be valuable, go to another clinic if possible.

Our family has Dr. Dare' at Cornelia Court Family Medicine. He has been a fabulous doctor for us since we switched from our previous doctor from Perth.

Some of the Doctor's are great, but the actual place is terrible.
Only open from 9AM to 4PM but they are also closed from between 12-1PM.

I had booked an appointment over a month in advanced and booked a day off of work for it, when the time came for the appointment I went in and they proceeded to tell me my appointment wasn't on that day and it had been rescheduled and that they had tried to contact me.

I told them I had no missed call's, they also told me they sent me a letter. we then found out that they had put my phone number wrong into the system.
Then two days after the appointment I received the letter they were talking about which stated that my appointment needed to be changed, so I missed a whole day of work for that.

Cut to now my prescription that I started a little under a month ago runs out in 2 weeks and I did not know that my prescription couldn't be refilled, so I called them and explained that I only had 2 weeks worth left, they proceeded to tell me that they could do March the 18th and didn't seem to care in the slightest.
That's no help to me, and now I have to slowly wean myself off of these pill's which were a struggle for me to get on in the first place.
