Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. Been with Standard for almost 3 years now without missing a payment and this company just decides to forget to take a payment on the 1st of month (which I have paying for however long) and it is close to my renewal date so Im just assumed that I overpaid because of course my insurance agent does not contact me and then they decide to just take it out of account on the 15th of month? I am on a tight budget, had no idea whats was going on and Im sure they are going to take it out on the 1st again or Not Leaving me with 5 dollars to my name until my next pay next week. Time for a new insurance company?
