CROOKS! CROOKS! CROOKS!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! AVOID ROB AND HIS TEAM AT ALL COSTS!
Hired Rob and Josh Winters when they told us we had a case BUT not to do ANYTHING until we were officially sued. Did just that and not only were we sued BUT these two excuses for lawyers actually ditched our case 2 weeks before it went to trial. Josh Winters decided to quit and not even he or his firm notified us. to make matters worst Rob Kennaley said he was firing us AFTER he took our money! CAN YOU SAY FRAUD! No other lawyer would take us on because we were too close to trial. We filed an official complaint with the Law Society of Canada but as of today we still haven't been contacted. This is the short version of events, regardless, If it prevents one more client from being swindled, it was worth it!
