After hearing of how my father and long time customer of 40 plus years with bigger vet was treated today myself and my family farm will not be back. Marty was an incredible vet and a great business owner however somewhere communication is missed and our files apparently were never added into the system. . I suggest your clinic should update the system or should have sent out a notice saying that they needed to come in to re update profiles. How about asking to have him added in and offering a new date to come back . We live in a tech age couldn’t have called couldn’t have mailed ? Couldn’t have texted. Nope instead just let my dad come from two hours away to he turned away with a senior dog on the hottest day of the year . And instead of problem solving or an apology and a resolution he was left with a poor attitude. I work in service and have two animals of my own I will be sure to make sure not to recommend ever again.

I do miss Marty who retired he was our trusted vet for many years. The office staff are friendly knowledgeable and accomodating. Corman Park Vet Clinic has taken over the Biggar Clinic. CPVC is a reputable group of vets. They currently take turns staffing Biggar Vet Clinic. Its been great so far as we meet new staff and decide who will be our "family Dr".

Today i Tried for the second time to get into see a vet (apparently one has to be there between 1030 and 130 because the vets have to get back to Saskatoon) and then after going to the biggar vet clinic for the last 40 years I was told I am not in this system (maybe they just don't want my business) called ahead today before I stopped in but the line was busy for over an hour (staff didn't seem to have an answer for that ) I will not be back
