Had a bad experience dealing with Teena Leschinski in 2 land transactions. She's not a lawyer, but she thinks she knows everything, and she's prepared to be rude, insufferable and know-it-all. She wasn't helpful for the most part. She did point me in the right way as to website dealing with the government of Saskatchewan, and I did all the work myself applying for the lead up to being granted a new title to the land we were in the process of selling. I've never been so angry dealing with someone who I'm paying to make this legal transfer easier and quicker for me. It turned out to months of me doing my own application, followed up by waiting for approvals, emails and finally getting the paperwork signed, sealed and delivered to finish what I had started months previously. I felt that I had no help from Busse Law, and yet I still had to pay for what I did myself to get the land title done for possession on time for our buyer. It was a hard lesson to learn that hiring a professional didn't make this transaction quicker or easier, it actually added to my workload. I would never turn to Busse Law, and Teena Leschinski in particular.
