My husband and I used MacMullin law for several services including the writing of our will as well as representing us in the sale of a property we owned in Halifax. In addition to these two experiences we also had a lengthy consultation with Mr. Kyle MacMullin to get advice about a business venture that we were considering that was rather complicated due to new tax laws put in place by CRA. Terrible experience at MacMullin Law. Used their services when purchasing our first home and was more than disappointed with Kyle MacMullin. We had an issue with the seller leaving our home full of garbage and rather than represent us to the best of his ability Kyle was condescending and borderline threatening. Basically bullied us into agreeing to close even though the house/yard were full of garbage including numerous piles of tires and old propane tanks.
If you need someone to print off paperwork and make sure you sign the correct forms sure go with MacMullin Law. If you need anything beyond basic paperwork you're going to wish you hired someone else!

Last month, I needed to notarize my document, I tried to book an appointment with more than four lawyers but no one was responding. Then I booked an appointment with MacMullin Law Inc on my first phone call. Staff is very friendly, quick and great service. Providing free notary service to CBU students. I dropped my wallet outside the office, one person gave my lost wallet to them I don't know who was that honest man, I'm really thankful to him, then they returned my wallet. Thanks for the assistance. I would highly recommend to visit this office for any kind of legal assistance.

Here’s our 30 seconds review; Sarcastic, Condescending and Unprofessional.
His small firm does small cases. That’s usually what happens when your skills are limited.
UPDATE: We provided honest feedback based on our experience after contacting Mr.MacMullin. There was no intent to ruin his business. He is responsible for its own reputation. After our post, he continued with condescending and unprofessional remarks… prompting this update. His reply supports our 1 star rating.
Mr.MacMullin is incorrect with his last statement. Not ALL reviews were rated 1 star. I suggest he stop posting lies. Bad service or rude replies can result in getting a negative review. Most people accept the rating, learn from it and move on. Mr.MacMullin clearly isn’t capable of doing that. Let his attitude and behavior be a warning. Based on his recent comments, I’d give him a ZERO rating if I could. Any further comments made by him is harassment.
