Cheryl was one the rudest lawyers I've ever spoken too. My husband and I have no issues closing on a mortgage or a deed transfer Blair. He was wonderful. I talked to Cheryl briefly about a family court matter, where she spoke extremely condescending, rude and aggressive. So I will repeat what she told me "You can seek a second opinion". I wouldn't bother seeking any opinion from her though.

I had an 11 am appointment to complete my will with Lisanne. The receptionist was lovely, she kept telling me just a few more minutes as Lisa was just finishing up with a client. Lisa came out rather gruffly at 1130, briefly apologized for being late. She excused the delay as her clien ad been late. Okay, but why not cut their appointment short, not mine? I sa I’d “ ok, but I have another appointment at 1230. She said:” this won’t take long”. She asked me a few (5?) questions then sent me on my way. I was in my car by 1145. It was clear my time/ business was not important to her.

Truly they deserve 5/5. I am overwhelmed by their service today and I strongly recommend others too to approach them. I have spoken to many other law offices but Heritage house law office charges are too less and affordable for a person like me, and the way they received me and the lawyer Blair MacKinnon was so welcoming and generous person.

We go there because it's our lawyer's office very very very smart lawyers are in there they know their business it's beautiful Heritage House I wanted to stay in there and live in there it was so nice the house is close to 100 years old so you know the little small staircases the small hallways but it's still beautiful
