Separation and divorce are one of the most difficult things a person will experience. And whether disputes arise during that process, or emerge after the fact, these disputes can be legally complex to navigate. From a personal perspective, it is emotionally and financially draining, and consumes enormous amounts of time and energy, often at a time when you are most vulnerable.
