Iâve been in communication with Justin W. He seemed to be the go to guy by the way he spoke, was direct to the point, & presented to begin with. First case he dismissed immediately. Months later I called for another civil matter & he seemed to be the guy I want to have take my case. Iâve had two second opinions from lawyers encouraging me to take them to court prior to the last step Justin said to take to book an in person appointment with him. I provided him enough time to look over documents before making an appointment. I called & he went back on his word entirely. Even tho I said Iâm calling to make the in person appointment to bring our final decision to an agreement. He over talked me, said I can do this myself. He seemed like I didnât deserve any of his time regardless of any previous actions taken for me to want to hire him. He believes his reputation is greater than if he were to take my case. Iâve told him this what I have planned for to invest into you because you seemed so Great. I asked for our 30 minute free consultation in person so I can bring forth the closure of our verbal agreement to a close as professionals. He withdrew & refused to want to hear or listen any longer. I am actually disappointed. Iâve told him this is not want to resent myself in alone, & I have 6x greater amount than his requested retainer of $3000. Unfortunately this is his loss for failing to fulfil his end agreement with me & he said he will be fine to take the loss. I have trauma & grievances which steemed from multiple previous court proceedings. Hence why I am seeking a lawyers professionalism. He knows Iâm right based on evrything Iâve said , itâs a small community of people who talk theyâre invoked he said. & thatâs why he doesnât want to represent me.
