Do not recommend whatsoever for US tax services. This firm takes on way more clients than they can manage properly and thoroughly and then place the blame on you. Never have I received such unprofessional customer service. Also not up to date with US tax filing as my return was proven to be done incorrectly. Truly a terrible experience. They charged 400$ for the first appointment, where most companies will offer a free consultation. When we asked in concern of the cost, they told us the initial cost covered follow up questions and further advice that did not require extensive work. We worked with George Wong who gave us only 14 minutes of his time during the initial consultation, where he talked down to us and explained how incompetent our decisions up till now had been. He said he would get back to us in regards to our questions, when he contacted us, he had clearly not listened to us as he gave us advice that was not pertinent to our situation. In addition, the advice he gave was very superficial and was the equivalent of what we accomplished through our own research. After many repeated emails asking for advice for our initial question, George finally tells us that he cannot answer this question without further being paid an additional $50.00 per email/question. This being despite the fact that he only gave us less than 15 minutes of his time in our $400 consultation, and specifically noted they would answer follow up questions related to the consultation. Considering their completely unsatisfactory and unhelpful performance, we spoke with management and asked for a refund. The individual we spoke with said that they would speak with the owners and get back to us, however, we were instead ghosted. When we called back again, they said we would need to talk to George directly. We would not recommend Green Horwood & Co LLP.

I found Mike Tuckey to be sincere, caring and went above and beyond the regular scope of an accountant. He gave my wife and I amazing advice and some suggestions that others had not.
