Been waiting for Mr dorey for over a week iv sent 3 plus emails with no response I currently have my atv with them and now trying to move vehicle policy over, rather surprised my atv was quick and he responded quick but this tike has been Terrible.

I been using AA Monro for over 10 years now, they are a GREAT company. They are fast to get back to you and very good on pricing ( James-Allen Tidd should be commended for his great work ethic - thank you James for great service over last 10 years - my family appreciates it!!! )

Went in around 135 today note in the window said gone for lunch 145 till 245. Obviously I was there before the posted time I returned at 255 still no one there. They don't answer your calls half the time and will never return them I'm still waiting for a call back from 3 weeks ago. Sure glad I just went in to hand in my cancellation form, I went to CC Cleveland in Kingston instead got a way lower rate and mine and my partners 2 cars on the same policy which AA Munro told me they could not do and that it is illegal.

Every location is going to be different depending on who you work with. I'm now in Glace Bay but am sticking with my Digby location guy because I liked him. I did not get a good response from the woman who answered the phone in Glace Bay.
