Customer service is garbage!

I was in a fender bender, my fault in 2012...
Had someone hit me last summer 2017... Got a letter in the mail today cause there are two accidents on my record in the past 6 years.... apparently fairway insurance will not insure someone with two accidents in the past 6 years? Are they not an insurance company?

I had insurance through these guys for 10 years never a problem till now... Worst part is they didn't even call, or e-mail to tell me my coverage was up, I found something in the mail that was sent almost a month ago

First quote I got from another broker was $300 dollars cheaper?!?!?!?!?
These guys been ripping me off for a long time

Spoke with my folks last night and they are very unimpressed with there rates as well... My family has dealt with this company for 15 years and they have been taking advantage the whole time

Don't let these guys dictate your rates, call around get a good deal!

They charge you more for being an inconvenience (like asking for a quote). Once they have your money they will not do anything more. Nothing.

I could put a real long wright up here and I do welcome people to contact me for further information in short Tanner Robinson is who I dealt with who doesn't return calls doesn't return emails and offers very poor service I ended up going to another insurance company and I was insured within the hour where I've been chasing this guy for month now.

They will give you a bad insurance history if you miss a payment by a day, making it more difficult to get insurance with other companies. Don't risk it.

Need to pace up there work and need to do things right away and not delay and make you pay extra because of their fault
