I had been trying to secure PR for 12 years and have finally managed to do so. Card came in the mail yesterday. This was only possible thanks to the patient and qualified support of Tiffany Chi. She was great to work with, incredibly organized, and supportive.

We had to jump through some crazy loopholes, such as securing a rare and difficult Significant Benefit Work Permit in order that I was able to accrue work hours. The price I paid for the amount they did to support this was an absolute bargain.

Throughout all of this Tiffany was so very kind and patient. She barely batted an eyelid when I dropped the ball, such as losing my frickin' study/work permits when moving house and much more!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TIFFANY FOR EVERYTHING!!

It has been a journey of almost 6 years. Tiffany Chi has been above and beyond by guiding me to complete my parents' application process. She is kind and nice. She offered to help with minimum charge immediately after the terrible tragedy happened to us. Also, she is patient and resourceful. This was a special case and my parents living in remote rural area of China made it more challenging. But Tiffany always could find a way to help me.
