They completed my taxes in 2021 but when trying to engage them for 2022, response to email was poor and often days before a reply. However, I later found out they had lost some staff during the pandemic which impacted their customer service. They apologized for the poor service and did my taxes for 2022. Their fees were low for a sole proprietorship and completed my taxes quickly. I am now a "Fan" and will be back for future tax returns.
