Very friendly, efficient and prossional service. I came and asked for a notorized criminal background check and got it in less than 2 mins. Jennifer Kwok Notorary, which is also in Henderson Mall wanted to charge me an extra $20 for a same day notorization. Do not go to JKN, come here instead.

Ada was recommended to me by my realtor. We had everything in place for her to complete the sale of my condo and the purchase of a home. Last minute, she cancelled on me leaving me to find someone else. The closing date was December 18, 2019 (a Wednesday). She proceeded to tell me that is their holiday hours and that's why she couldn't do it? I would have thought I would have been told when I decided to use her that those dates don't work for her but now I'm having to pay someone more money which is super frustrating.
After I posted this Ada reached out to me to assist me to find someone else and to give me a discount on using her for the purchase of another home. I am revising my review based on her reaching out to me to try and make things right.

原来她答应给我们做三分授权书的，但是做了一份之后，说她很忙，不能帮我做另外两份了，也许有钱更多的活，就干脆把这些小活推了，身为公证员一点信用都没有。她帮我做的那份公证，也十分小气，只给一份原件，一份copy,我在别的地方做的，是两份原件，两份copy, 而且别人用整齐的folder给我装好。这样比起来，这个Ada真的十分小气。以后不想找她。
我后来就找Molly notary了，她也是中国人，蛮好的。
Sau ki 后来给中侨的亲子俱乐部讲课：关于遗嘱授权书等等，有人让她把讲座内容的资料可否发给大家，她拒绝了。我们听那么多讲座，只有她不肯跟大家分享讲座内容。
