They did the job but I was quite disappointed they didn't seem to acknowledge all the referrals I sent them. They got at least one client I know of so far. I didn't refer expecting anything however on the same note a gift card or a little less on the very expensive bill would have gone a long way! I will NOT give them anymore referrals. I am quite disappointed.

You can find quicker, better service elsewhere.
This office took 7 months to complete a title transfer.
I emailed 7 (I counted) times inquiring about my file, often without a reply.
The job got done, but wasn’t worth the hassle.

Extremely insulting and unprofessional. My mother phoned in for a simple legal inquiry, and instead of listening to her situation first, the receptionist jumped in, made assumptions, and talked over her rudely and aggressively. This is NOT how people should be spoken to and treated when it comes to sensitive matters. Terrible first impression.
