I initially trusted Kevin Hyde to handle my case and provide the best possible guidance, but looking back, I feel disappointed. At the time, he recommended settling the case before it hit trial, assuring me it was in my best interest. However, as I’ve had time to reflect and assess the situation, it’s clear that I made a mistake by settling too soon.

I felt rushed into a decision without fully understanding all the potential outcomes or alternatives. While I accept responsibility for my decision, I wish Kevin Hyde had provided a more thorough explanation of the long-term consequences and encouraged me to explore other options before settling.

I would advise others to ensure they feel completely informed and confident in their decisions before finalizing anything. This experience has been a tough lesson, and I can’t help but feel let down by the guidance I received.
