Nick Russell and the West Coast Wills & Estates team helped me handle my father's estate after his passing. My father did not have a will, and it felt like it was going to be a long and difficult process to manage his final affairs. I based on the high review rating, I have my mother's Will prepared at Westcoast back in late 2023. My mother has language barrier and I have hired a lawyer who can assist in her language. It was intended to be a simple process as my mother does not have a lot of assets. To make the ling story short, I have to follow up numerous times until November 2024 my mom's Will is finalized. She had it signed at the office. I picked up the hard copy two weeks later. I was shocked to find out the name of one of the beneficiary was misspelled. I quickly contacted the office and I was told to have my mom come back on January 15 for re-signing the document. Imagine, what if my 90 year old mother cannot wait till next year to have the document sign. She will be leaving without a Will. Dies the lawyer firm care? Obviously no. I will highly recommend anyone wanted to have their Will done here, please reconsideration. There are many better Estate firms in the city. I will definarely let all 9f my friends aware of my poor experience.

I needed to revise my will and sent the details to Aron Chitsaz of West Coast Wills and Estates.He responded promptly and I signed the finished product within a week. He listened to and understood exactly what I wanted. Great job and highly recommended. He prepared a will that is written clearly in language that any lay person can understand unlike many other wills that are written with such legal mumbo jumble that it requires second lawyer to interpret it!
