I wanted to notarize some paper and I wanted to do it in same day. The staff who is working there was very nice and friendly , she helped me quickly an the lawyer was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend. The only thing that I can suggest them is that they aren’t shown in google map as a public notary.

I could give zero if I could. Two months ago I approached this law firm for a simple notary job. Upon arrival the staff were friendly but the lawyer disappeared after excusing herself, and I had to leave on my own in confusion about why she didn't return. After taking my information, two months later, I am notified, not by them, but by my Realtor that they cannot help me, because they are simply too busy in November to complete the task.

Not only does this sets me back a great deal, it also caused a lot of inconvenience as I am not in the country. I cannot personally attend to this private matter. It is extremely unprofessional, such way of focusing only on the big fish and neglecting small jobs will cause unknown amount of harm. You're cutting yourself off from great future possibilities, the customer trusted you with something of great importance, it is a shame your values can be measured.

I hope my comment can help others when deciding to find a reliable lawyer and notary in their neighborhood. A small dent in the way can cause a long term discomfort.

I was a named beneficiary on an estate file and my aunt the executrix hired this office to handle and close the estate file. Not only did they refuse to hand over important file information that all beneficiaries normally receive on a regular basis but they claimed that they didn't know what to provide. When I finally got a real lawyer to help get what I wanted they still refused and claimed they didn't know what we were seeking. They refused to answer basic questions and even allowed my aunt to hide funds from the estate and did not answer legitimate questions about it. Then they became rude and threatening. When my real lawyer started questioning them they threatened to walk away from the file completely mid way thru the closing of the file because they didn't like answering her questions. The timelines didn't add up and nothing was moving on the file until my real lawyer got on it. With my real lawyers help suddenly the file was completed and closed within 2 months. Before any of that happened we were told it would take a year plus. Very suspicious. Deserve to be investigated by the law society for suspicious unethical practices. GET a LEGITIMATE HONEST REAL LAWYER and get it done properly right from the start.
