We used this notary for the sale/purchase of our townhouse. As other reviews have outlined, we found the work by the office disorganized and devoid of customer service.

We initially called to arrange an appointment and were told that we would be contacted with a date and time, and would be informed what documents to have prepared. After several confusing email exchanges, they never contacted us and my partner had to call to find out when our appointment was. We learned on a Wednesday that we had a Friday morning appointment and had to rush to get documents together and bring two small children with us because we did not have enough notice to arrange childcare.

Grant went very quickly through the documents, not taking the time to explain things in sufficient detail and when we asked him to slow down and allow us to see what we were actually signing, he seemed defensive and dismissive of our questions.
I found Grant abrasive, the work sloppy and disorganized, and it was overall an unpleasant experience. We left without feeling comfortable with our understanding of everything and because the documents were riddled with errors such as dates and financial figures that he had to change and have his assistant reprint, or just scratched out. The fees were also not transparent and we paid much more than we expected to.

Lastly, if you are afraid, allergic, or uncomfortable with dogs, there is a small dog with free rein of the office. My daughter liked playing the dog, but there was no warning before he ran from the back of the office and jumped up on my legs when we arrived. In a professional setting, I think that clients should know if there are dogs in the office that may interact with them as many people would not be ok with this.
