I am new to town and found this wonderful clinic. I'm not a great fan of needles but everything was done so professionally I barely felt a thing. My dentist, xray tech and assistant and front desk receptionist were all so fantastic. I'm actually looking forward to going to the dentist 🦷 lol thank you all again 😊

I have been going to Smiles for over 4 weeks now, because of unnecessary damage that's accumulated over time. Every dentist I've tried to access...denied me services. I was embarrassed and scared when I reached out to Smiles. The first call I made they set me up for an appointment rite away (which was new years eve)! Dr. Ray is my dentist and officially my 15 yr old son as well. My son and I are both grateful not only for Dr. Ray but moreso for his whole team. Everyone works together and this demonstrates their ethical practices with the people they serve. I highly recommend Smiles in wetaskiwin as I truly believe others would share my experience as well. This clinic does not hand select who they choose to serve, rather they welcome you without a doubt.
If you have high anxiety, sensory sensitive, fear, and any sort of trauma(s) especially in the medical area.....then this is definitely the place for you!! ❣️

Went for a dental cleaning. I had periodental issues. Dentist was not friendly. Barely spoke. Cleaning was done and painful with excessive freezing. I changed dentists and I had to have it redone as it was not an acceptable job.

Front desk employees were really nice. I went with my special needs kid, which I told them in advance, to her first time to a dentist.

A very traumatic experience for her at this dentist. If I could give a zero I would. My kid has sensory issues. The dentist assistant was not patient at all with her. Rude and unkind. I can’t describe how bad she was. I told her it was her first time and about her sensory issues but nothing on her behaviour changed. I tried my best to try to comfort my kid but she was really stressed out because of the way this lady was dealing with her. Assistant was getting annoyed and mad by my kid. Doctor came short after and he was in the same mood. He wasn’t disrespectful as the lady but we could clearly sense he didn’t care about her or her needs. Like he wanted us to get out from there asap.

We went to a Pediatric dentist after this experience , where they know how to deal with kids and she had the best experience. She was calm, cooperative and not afraid anymore. Sad I didn’t bring her there on first place because it is in Beaumont. Sadly not everyone can afford to go there on week days, so I thought this one would be a good idea because is in town, on a Saturday and because of good reviews. Wrong wrong choice.

We will never come back again. They are not prepared to deal with children or special needs children which is sad because there are not Pediatric orthodontists in town.

They are awesome staff they know what they are doing my daughter loves coming here she lost her first tooth with them and she was so happy and the Dr's here make balloons for the kids it's so cute I highly recommend them
