This place is a little messy and unorganized.

When you walk into the front of the store it’s organized and clean then you walk into the main area and it’s visually what I would call “a hoarders dream”. It’s messy and there’s no rhyme or reason on what you are going to see. You can see they tried to organize in some way.

They offer various discounts on different days but I found the prices to be still high for somethings that had been rejected by their original Amazon purchasers. From what I was told, by the person recommending this store, these items are re-sold after Amazon gets them back and they can’t be resold or returned to their original vendors but that may not be true either. It’s probably best to ask the store owner. Although despite the fact that I been in the store for 20 minutes or so, not one of the two or three staff engaged with me even as I was leaving so I couldn’t tell you if they were friendly or not.

There is a small second floor which had mostly clothing but very limited and sizes were sometimes hard to find.

The store is in an industrial area so it was initially hard to find but If you like to shop and find random things this might be your place! Check it out. As I usually know what I’m going out for this place wasn’t for me.

Buyer beware. Keep your receipt, return within 14 days if needed, checked your online purchased properly before taking it home. I bought items online on July 17 and husband picked it up on July 21. He was too busy that day and he forgot to check it. He assumed the items would be in satisfactory condition. This is my issue. The knife set's wooden handle was sharp and can cut your skin when using it. The wood also looked to be brittle and could split soon. Now, I want a sharp knife to cut my vegetables/fruits but not to cut my hands. So i didnt use it. The knife set didnt come in a box, just mixed with the other items i ordered in a box. It was too windy that day and the receipt flew off from the box when my husband was carrying it out.
I tried to return it on Aug. 2, today. Upon opening the eco bag with the knives in it, the lady at the front, she asked for the receipt. Not friendly. I said I don't have the receipt but I showed to them my phone what was emailed to me when I ordered online. Repeatedly, she said that I couldn't return it because they need the physical receipt. Then she went as it past due the 14 days that was ordered on July 17, I was 2 days late. But it was July 21 when it was picked up I should still be within the due. I couldn't check my email while I was there cuz I have no internet, I can only see the offline site when I ordered it July 17. She didn't even want to looked it up in their computer because she said they need the physical receipt. She wouldn't take the online receipt. Other stores have 30 days. I asked if there any other possible way to work with me. I am not from Spruce Grove so I just wanted to try and bought smaller items before purchasing a bigger items. đŸ€” ...lesson learned.

I used to love the retail revolt stores and felt like stuff was priced more accurately to what they retail for but over the last 6 months the “retail” prices are completely out to lunch. It feels like you’re being scammed walking in there now. Check the prices on like of anything you buy first to make sure your actually getting a deal and not paying more than you would new.

I understand inflation and needing to keep your business afloat but the “retail” prices things are listed at are insane and not accurate. With 60% off it brings the prices to what you can buy the items for new. $15 for a bottle of salad dressing, in what world is salad dressing $15 Ramen that is 7.97 at Walmart for a 5 pack was priced at $18. A bag of suckers priced at $60 đŸ€Ż. Really wish it wasn’t advertised as we price stuff at retail price and then after the 40-60% off your getting a great deal because after 40-60% off you getting it for what the actual retail price is. The store is pulling a numbers out of an hat and saying your saving money by shopping there.

I cannot say enough good things about this store, the employees amd most of all
the owner. We had an issue with product we purchased from there, the owner was so incredibly helpful, no questions asked he just jumped into action to rectify the situation. My mom was almost in tears from his kindness.
I will recommend this store to anyone not only for the great deals but for the amazing customer service .

Well organized store. The staff are friendly, warm and kind. They have a good 14 day policy. I like that if you shop at their overstock store in stoney plain, you can use the receipt for an additional 10% off.

We visit Retail Revolt regularly because you just never know what amazing things you’re gonna find! Example, I’ve been on the hunt for a kitchen aid Pro Stand mixer for like 2 years but can’t stomach the $500+ price tag. Was taking a quick peak online at RR and found one! Went in and sure enough it was there, damaged box but the actual machine was perfect. It was actually the top level model and only cost $250!!! I’ve used it every day since, thrilled! My hubby recently went in looking for a mechanical keyboard and they had not one but 4 different choices! Needless to say he came away happy. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Place is always clean and organized. New stuff all the time. I do always check online to see if they price they have listed as retail is actually retail prices, sometimes it’s not, most commonly for those Costco clothes. But for the most part the deals here are awesome!

I Could not help but notice the review from Mansher 89 complaining about his interaction with a staff member he described as having long grey hair and wears glasses. Looking at his google reviews on other businesses, it would appear "nothing: makes him happy. What he said about the lady in question is reprehensible and without merit. My wife and I have had numerous interaction with her and found her to be the model as to what extraordinary customer service is about. She is friendly, helpful and caring and any business would gain by having her on their front lines. Over the past two years of dealing with Retail Revolt, both my wife and I have found nothing but amazing customer care. The owners commitment do ensure all his staff deliver exceptional customer experience is displayed on each and every visit we have made. Keep up the great work!! Shame on Mansher 89
