I tried to contact them through their website, unfortunately they don’t deal with residential disputes, however i got call back and they left a voicemail regarding my question and that was helpful.

Wouldn't recommend Kimball law for family court my lawyer wouldn't allow me to talk to the judge and wouldn't put paperwork to show I payed child support and wouldn't tell the judge about parental alienation and even got the counselor to not phone cps about the abuse

Working with the team at Kimball Law was easy and efficient. The level of experience there is incredible and everyone is happy to help in whatever capacity they can. What was most impressive was their ability to make me feel immediately at ease. While I was certainly part of the process and consulted when necessary, the heavy lifting was done for me. Which at the end of the day, meant I didn't have to think too hard about how to get things done. We ran into a few hurdles along the way, but they went the extra mile for me, making sure that they did whatever they could to keep the process moving. If I ever find myself in need of a lawyer again, I won't think twice about coming back!

Although I have the worse timing (starting the divorce process right when lock down was about to start), I don’t have any regrets choosing Ashley from Kimball Law to handle my divorce. She was able to help me by video to start then proceeded in person when we were allowed. Ashley was great, helping me with all the changes when we were unable to sell the matrimonial home (wrong timing again!) . Ashley referred me to Christina, another lawyer at the firm, to help me we the real estate portion. Christina guided me through the process of selling the matrimonial house, then my ex buying me out of said house and finally helping me with the purchase of my new home. They both were a great help!

After being involved in a car accident, I felt really lost. Prior to hiring Kimball Law, I hired a firm that didn’t have my best interest at heart. They brushed me off, spoke to me in a way that was demeaning, and that added to the feelings of sadness and frustration I was already experiencing. After deciding that firm wasn’t for my case, I moved on to Kimball Law, which I learned quickly I wish I had done in the first place. Derrick and Tim sat with me and they listened. They empathized, gave me feedback that I hadn’t received at that point, and they believed in me and my case. Unfortunately I can not recommend this law office. It was quite a bad experience. The lawyer I worked with is Tim Peacock.

They said they were taking my case, sent a letter to PO box which is not owned by the recipient anymore. The letter returned later but they saw that only after I asked for tracking number. Before they kept saying it's in the PO box waiting to be picked up.

They didn't do anything after that for about 3 weeks. They never started doing any other things I asked for. They just disappeared for 3 weeks, not a single email or a phone call. So they wasted over 1 month of my time and a lot of money. And all this happened while they clearly knew the case is time sensitive and that I'm loosing money on a daily basis.

Ironically the other lawyer I hired after was able to sort things out in just a few days. He also found a way to deliver their old letter together with the other correspondence, so Tim should be paying my new lawyer for delivering his letter.

I recommend to avoid them unless you want to work with slow, unresponsive and unprofessional lawyer who still charges a premium hourly rate.
