I use this guy to try to get my access with my son increased from the current order I already had.

My total was around $14,000.

Result was:

I had a order already... He changed nothing.. I received NO additional access to my son...

Here's the only thing that changed....

My child support went up and he didn't get a police enforcement clause which meant that when she didn't pay attention to the court order... It made that court order into nothing more than a useless piece of paper. RCMP can't do anything about a court order that doesn't have a police enforcement clause on it.

Just goes to show how well our legal system is set up. I don't understand the point of a court order if the police can't do anything about it. I don't see the point in wasting someone's time and money with the court system that provides paper that cannot be acted on.

A good lawyer would know that !!

Bruce did a lot of over talking, while teaching me nothing and charged me for every minute of it later in his invoices. (And here I thought he was a caring man who wanted to help me)
Is conversations went on and on and on and on. That's how he makes his money.

Definitely would never pay for this guy again and I hope this sits well with you Bruce.

I need a lawyer who knows how to win !

Not someone who wants to keep the peace with everyone and look like a nice guy in front of a judge. I wanted an order that gave me fair and equal access to my son that actually is ENFORCEABLE!! THAT'S THE WHOLE PURPOSE BEHIND YOUR JOB BUD !

This guy is a joke. Gave us misleading information, wouldn’t communicate for months and when you manage to have him on the phone he talks about his personal life all the while charging you for it. Would give zero if I could. We lost 1.5 years and about ten thousand dollars for absolutely nothing.
