DO NOT USE this business. My ex and I are out $1800 and still not legally divorced because of Neil. Once payment is made... radio silence. He does not answer calls or emails or texts. Neil is never in his Red Deer office, there is a note on his door from another disgruntled client stating he will charge Neil with fraud and property management is looking for him too as he hasn't paid or been around. We are going to be getting a lawyer and get our money back from this fraud!

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I gave Neil $800.00 in September 2023. It is now may 2024. I would expect at least a return of my messages. Or my e-mails. I only used this service on the advice of a freind that used his service less than a year prior. At this point short of a visit to the RCMP I fear I won't see any results. I hope no one else let's this business take advantage of them. I will give you the advice that if you have payed him and it is previous to the 3 month make a call to your credit card company and file a complaint and get your money back. Don't wait do it. Do it now!

Neil will take your money and stop replying. I wish I listened to reviews before I gave him any money. BBB, facebook and google all say the same thing about this business and this man. Stay clear! My divorce was completely uncontested. My ex and I agreed on everything and just needed help finishing the paper work. He now has our confidential information and original documents, he has not submitted them to the court house and will not respond to me to give them back. He has read receipts on his texts and I can see he reads his messages and wont give me a response. I am now dealing with a lawyer to get my documents and money back from him.

This is NOT a legit place to deal with, Neil does absolutely nothing!! but scam you out of $800.00 then tells you he'll be in touch but never gets back to you, you can call, text and email and nothing!! totally ignores you once you give him the $800. oh & good luck trying to get your money back as NOBODY at any of these locations answers the phone I called all of them, shame on you Neil, clients trust you to help them out and you do nothing!!! but scam them out of their hard earned money DO NOT CONTACT THIS PLACE unless you want to through away your money

Fiance gave him $800.00 and all the information regarding his divorce in Sept 2022 - Heard nothing back until I finally got a hold of him Jan 2023 was told everything was filed and we just needed to wait. I called the Kings Bench and they said nothing had been filed. Then we got a hold of him again in May and he had said that he wasn't given all the information that we both previously gave him in email, phone and text. Now we cant get a hold of him at all. A waste of time and money.

He has an office in Edmonton and he is doing the same thing here ripping people off report him to the Law Society. Everyone needs to know to stop using him. I’ve over this now I will be contacting a lawyer and he deserves to get sued by every single client he ripped off. I believe a lawsuit would be the best way to deal with guy!!! If anyone is thinking about suing him I would love to be apart of it!!!!!

I paid Neil a deposit of $800 to help with my divorce in February 2021. I checked in multiple times and was either ignored or told my file was delayed due to Covid and there was nothing they could do. Finally in January 2022 I was able to contact the Court of Queens Bench and they confirmed that nothing had even been filed in my name. I have attempted contact multiple times to receive my money back and have not received a single response. I would highly recommend saving your money or finding a company that will actually provide the services you pay for and not just take your deposit and avoid you. This place is a joke.

I asked Neil to draw up a seperation agreement for me to qualify for a mortage on my own. His receptionist assured me that lenders would accept this letter when in fact none will. I met with a lawyer the other day and he said that this company should not be in business and he has had to correct many seperation agreements that come out of this office. I've called and left several voice mails with no reply. I blame myself for not doing more research. I have never had to do this before and didn't know what to look for. I feel like I was taken advantage of and that things weren't explained accurately or professionally.
