I had originally hired a different process server through a website and in hour 43 of the 48 hour service window that I had paid for, I hadn't heard a peep from the process server and he hadn't even picked up the documents that were to be served. I called the other process server and their phone line was disconnected. Yikes!

I called Serverwerx and they were so accomodating, quick, and affordable! I needed them to serve the parties outside of Edmonton, and they were happy to do that shortly after I called. I was very relieved to find out that all parties had been served by dinnertime that very same day. The Process Server kept me continually updated by text so that I could keep my children away from the area while/after the volatile parties were served. The affidavits of service were ready the next morning and Serverwerxs happily allowed me to make an extra request that required a bit more effort from them.

There were no extra costs (even with my extra request and very tight timeline) and the price was already very low!

If you are looking for a Process Server that will get the job done quickly, and won't break the bank, then give Serverwerxs a call!

Payment and documents dropped off on Dec 12th and it's January 10th. Eversince then, this guy has dropped off the face of the earth. Google page shows no open times at all. No idea if documents were served or if any attempts were made. Texts, phonecalls and voice-mails left with no response. I want my money and documents back. Very unprofessional!

I hired this company many months ago to serve my ex. At first I was more than pleased! They seemed to get the job done quickly and I was more than happy to pay them. Flash forward to now and I have found out that they didn't actually serve him (he has proof that he wasn't even home/was away for work). The actual person who was to do the serving had been given pictures of his truck as well as easy access to his Facebook pages (he posts everything publicly), by me so he would be able to correctly identify my ex and it has since come out that he didn't even check Facebook for pictures!!!!! If I had known that he was so lazy/didn't care to do his job THAT MUCH, than I would have sent him pictures myself. I have since contacted the company to complain because now I am looking at court time, a major delay on my claim, and emotional duress because of their failure to properly serve my ex, and they at least told me they would reimburse me but I have yet to see said reimbursement. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and highly recommend others do not give them their business. I'd hate to see anyone else go through what I'm going through now.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I called after hours on a Friday in need of immediate service. It was absolutely imperative that the documents I had to be served got done that evening. I knew it was a long shot but I thought I would give it a shot. The gentleman I talked to was very polite and straightforward. He advised the price up front and it was extremely reasonable. A couple hundred cheaper than other companies I looked at. They also advised me they do 5 attempts to get the documemts served. He told me he would absolutely try to get a server to me that evening. I must add that I don't live in Edmonton either. So the server personally called me about 30 min after the initial conversation to let me know that he was on his way out to help me. He arrived at my residence, picked up my documents and was on his way in 5 mins. About 20 min later the server contacted me to let me know it had been completed.

Can't say enough great things about them!!! They went above and beyond at 9pm on a Friday evening to help me!! Thanks guys I'll be sure to use yall again. Also let it be know that I also left messages and a email enquiry with 2 other companies that apparently works 24 hrs. It's the Monday after and I still haven't heard back from them. If you need a process server don't waste your time with anyone else. Use Serverwerxs everytime. You won't be disappointed.

Fast service, polite to deal with I was confident in the person who handled my documents. Price is fair/comparable to the other guys. I will probably have to do this again someday and will call them first.
