Absolutly the worst service I have ever gotten. Stay FAR away form this "business". entered into a proposal and YEARS later I'm still paying, still have creditors attacking my credit score, still have creditors calling and they included a student loan into the proposal even though it can't be paid off by the proposal. Absolutly a scam.

We started on a positive note with 4 pillars but once we got the paperwork signed our assigned advisor stopped answering our calls. I am super disappointed with many things and would not like to comment here, but I would advise people if you want to go this route make sure you get as much information as possible before signing the paperwork! and when you switch banks make darn sure that none of your debt is with the bank, even though we thought we did everything right and our advisor failed to mention that our one credit was with the new bank and our accounts were frozen. it was a nightmare to switch everything again. don't rely on your advisor to give you any valuable information you must do your own research.

Having never had to use the services of a debt relief agency before, I wasnt sure what to expect. I was pleased to see the process was not very difficult and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. It was really a painless situation, the only stress is the 45 day waiting period to see if your creditors accept the proposal...which seems to be relatively common that they do, as there was no issue accepting mine.
