I went into the pharmacy for the second time, the first experience was great. I was able to get the prescription I needed without any issues.

For the second, it is quite the opposite. I went in to get the same prescription as the first. Though I was gaslit by the pharmacist.

I was told 'you weren't here, you must be wrong'.. excuse me, I must be wrong?

The only wrong thing is the pharmacist's behaviour and attitude towards customers. I do not like being gaslighted by a medical "professional" such a disgrace

Great pharmacy, small town so they will know you by name in no time. Very friendly staff, my family and I always feel well looked after and safe as they know our health history well and keep an eye out for any medication that may cause even the smallest interaction.

I went to the pharmacy the other day to get an important medication fillled, I had my regular pharmacy fax over my prescription. My partner was there a week before to get me some medication as well. The pharmacist told us that I've never had a file there and my hubby must be crazy cause there sure we've never been here before. They were so ignorant. Needless to say I didn't get my medication cause apparently I had no refills even tho my bottle said I had one and they kicked me out cause I was upset for the way they were gaslighting my partner saying he's neve been there befor
