Communication was difficult. I would call, leave messages and not be called back. In short, I felt in the dark the whole time and what we did speak about was never followed through with. I was not given an answer for that either.

Edit: as stated above, I tried to communicate and it was not reciprocated. I was looking for clarity and advice from lawyers, who I thought provide those things. Then told it's best to settle after talking about having a second medical opinion, which never followed through. It was sudden and I followed that advice as I didn't know what to do.
