I did not read reviews before going on this website be careful!!! I signed up for a free 7 day trial which I cancelled because I realized I wasn’t going to be using the services and I never recieved any emails from them regarding anything. I was charged for 2 months on my credit card and they stated they emailed me and I never ever received an email from them!! Worst company ever do not use. They refunded me 1 month as a one time basis but refused to refund the other charge so frustrating since I never ended up using the services.

25th. June 2024; I used the seven day trial. Documents very easy to complete and download. I have cancelled my subscription for the free 7-day trial. Reading the other reviews I will see if I am charged and will amend my review if this is the case. I have received a confirmation email stating my subscription has been cancelled and I will not be billed. If I am not billed as expected, there will be no further amendments. On my experience so far, it has been very good.
25th. July 2024, cancelled within seven days, received confirmation email and no charges. Very happy that they did as expected.

This company is horrible the worst I have ever dealt with in ALL my life. PLEASE PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS. THEY LIE. I CANCELLED my membership After realizing the document wouldnt work. I never received 1 email from them. Never went on the website but for 20 min on October 4th and I cancelled that same day. Nov 15 I called to explain.. immediately they cut me off. They tried to tell me they could not credit me because I made a claim with my bank and that i said so. I am just blown away. so shocked that a company can lie over a$33. And they can see I never clicked on their site but 1 day.
Just to be clear - As of November 14th 313 I have made no claim with my bank. They just refuses to honor the cancelation just as all the other reviews say. THERE ARE WAY MORE COMPASSIONATE COMPANIES LIKE LEGALZOOM PLEASE DONT USE THEM

I used their "free" 7 day trial and was billed $33 per month for the next two months. When I called to cancel, they told me they notified me via e-mail of each month's billing....and it was my fault for not cancelling. Of course, the e-mails they sent were never received.
