Things started off well until months later we randomly receive an invoice charging us for exchanging emails that was 3 months ago. We learnt that it was on their end that one of their staff had missed this "email correspondence fee" but it was extermly frustrating to be passed around multiple staffs to find out the reason behind this invoice. Even though the invoice was not at all a big amount, it was stressful to had them ensure that no future invoice or hidden fee will arise.

I first used Sherri Robinson from Centra Lawyer within the last year on a consultative basis for a challenge I was having with the probate of my moms will, she not only answered all my questions but she did so in a way that you could tell she cared, lawyers don't typically "care" in my past experiences. (sorry all you great lawyers out there)

The challenges I was experiencing with my moms will/probate made me want to clean up both my husbands and my documents so our loved ones wouldn't have to go through what I was experiencing. I reached out to Sherri and her team and they were so accommodating as we live on the Sunshine Coast, she made it possible that our initial meeting was over Zoom and then followed up and got the documents prepared efficiently and the attention to detail was perfect. Fast forward to the signing, she booked a full hour to review in person and I can't thank her enough.....she also answered several questions in regards to my husbands parents wills at no extra charge said she was happy to do it. I also want to mention both Laurie and Kim here as they were equally as great with all the correspondence...If you need your documents (Wills/Power of Attorney/Medical directives) done from scratch or simply updated, I highly recommend this firm and in particular Sherri and her team.
