Andre has been my accountant for over 20 years . I have been mostly self employed in my career. He is always up to date with new tax changes, he's informative, and very techie. I love being able to just do a zoom meeting and knowing right away the outcome. I've had to call him from time to time for tax advice on business matters, hes helped me with incorporations , his assistant Lynn is lovely . Very organized and timely . I find the more organized and ready you are with your forms the easier the whole process is. If there is ever a problem Andre will review and will look into any matter. He's very passionate about what he does and I feel very confident and greatful for looking after me all these years 🙏 He's the best! Thank you , Andre!

Please do your research before you go to this guy. I did not, and I'm still paying for it. Once he got my money i never heard from him again. I called and left dozens of messages. When I did reach him he was always "not in my office now". Facebook and Linked In always showed him in Mexico or with his dog enjoying himself. All the while I was trying to figure out with CRA what he did! Been going to tax professionals for 32 years and have never been so insulted and left so alone to deal with the mess all by myself in my entire life. I'm very scared that he is still out there taking money from people.

Yes ! I'm just updating my experience just to let everyone know he's still out there and I'm still waiting for my response.

There are no inconsistencies or untruths in any of my comments.

Every year at tax time the emotional stress engulfs me all over again from his abandonment of me and my family, years ago.

Cross border accounting is very complex the accountant you choose needs to have years of experience in both countries to accommodate expats like myself.

He knows who I am.

I used Andre for my taxes last year and when my taxes were submitted the amount was in correct by half the amount. When I started getting bills in the mail saying I owed money to CRA I contacted Andre to find out what happened. Andre then avoid all my calls and text message and still to this day I have not heard anything back from him. VERY unprofessional, I would highly recommend not using this company.

Never have I experienced arrogance to the point of being forgotten. What was discussed initially fell far short of the mark. Get things in writing and put on a time line. The discontent within the company, the excuses was all common occurrences when trying to contact Andrea and the few times when I did speak with Andre they ended up being either misleading and nonfactual. Lastly, if you have a better experience thus far watch for the cost, to inflate the pricing all to make things look better by discounting at the end is a joke! Not a recommended accountant. If anyone needs better clarification, I am open to discussing this in detail...
