I feel quite blessed for the level of care I receive each time I need to be there.

Everyone is always very nice to me, and extremely caring. Admittedly there have been two instances where it took a lot of effort on my part to reach "very nice;" but it was worth it because those two women turned out to be amazing people who genuinely cared.

Do what you will with the negative reviews regarding "attitudes" of team members; they're human, and they will project your energy back to you. Just because we are in pain, we haven't the right to be demanding and rude to those we expect to help us with kindness.

The health centre is very welcoming and spotless even though there’s a ton of snow outside. The staff here work hard and take a huge amount of pride in this amazing facility. I wouldn’t think twice about coming to this health facility which offers an array of health services.

I was in for high blood sugar and the staff was incredibly friendly helpfull and I was in and out in less than 2 hours
Dr was very friendly helpful. Hospital was clean I have zero complaints. Truly wish I had him for a family doctor

Awful experience. My grandpa passed away yesterday at this hospital. The night before my cousin and I walked down to grab him a glass of water and a Short woman with short blonde hair rudely walked in after us with a snotty attitude saying “you girls aren’t suppose to be in here.” And we kindly said we didn’t know and that we were only grabbing a small glass of water. Which we got a “yeah, well there’s a sign on the door. If you need water you ring the nurses.” With a disgusting attitude, I’m sorry but my grandpa was in horrible pain, and we didn’t feel the need to bother nurses for a tiny glass of water.

For more context, we couldn’t see the signs as the hallway lights were off. One sign was hanging off the door, practically laying on the floor. So, we are sorry we couldn’t see the signs but they didn’t make it very visible to see them. We did not need that attitude from that lady, especially since our grandpa was laying in that bed, dying. So thank you cot making this experience worse than it already was, we thought she was a nurse but she is only an administrator.

You wonder why people in this town hate this hospital and its staff.

Today I supposed to have a telle psych appointment but the lady on the phone is incapable of informing me as to what time it is when I call in needing a reminder. Now I unfortunately am missing my appointment as I know its this morning but as to when I don't know and she won't tell me so I can drive in at the right time. And on top of it the rude treatment that she gave me is entirely unacceptable from a Healthcare professional. This place needs some staff reworking.

EDIT: I went to try and book a counseller meeting, and my counseller recently moved so i was in need of a new one. to which they tried to make me wait on a phone with some automated system for hours and with my condidtion such things are not so easy. ( i have autism and interactions of such are very difficult to deal with)

Doctors an nurses take far too long to do the most basic things... been waitin 3 + hours and stilll no service. Pretty well ready to get up and leave without treatment. What an udder disgrace. Waste of taxpayer money.
