Paid this company to set up a small business and all I got was a receipt. Called back asking for my GST/HST # and John Conners still didn’t have it days after setup.He asked me to call back in 30 mins and he’d have it. Called back and still didn’t have it. Asked me to call back the following day. This time waiting for this number I still couldn’t finalize the purchase of equipment for company since no GST/HST number. Next day he had my GST/HST Number after waiting a week. Purchased equipment. I contacted Canada revenue agency about company only to learn that this number was not in fact my number. Now the purchase agreement has wrong info at dealership. Contacted Accurate Tax services and accounting asked for John, he was not in was asked to come back the following Monday and they would fix everything and deal with the company I purchased the equipment. I arrived on Monday as asked and only John was there. He said to me that he didn’t understand what the problem could be. He now had the correct numbers and said that this was obviously my mistake. The number he originally gave me was a number beginning with 10042...... the actual number 759.... The number he gave me via telephone call which I repeated and he confirmed since he knew the urgency since I was at dealership. He was visually bothered and knowing his error put full blame on me . I asked him for my documents and he said there his and he was going to shred them .. so what did I pay for I got a receipt for company incorporated and business setup and certificate of incorporation. Still wouldn’t give me any papers regarding GST/GST number nothing else no minutes book or seal .. nothing. BE AWARE PEOPLE .. maybe they can process simple taxes I’m not sure but business setup John Conners certainly cannot. Learn from my experience ... here I am now haveing to hire another accountant to take over and get things in order for something I’ve already paid for from Accurate Tax services and accounting
